Performing Songwriter is one of the best sites for discovering songwriters or reading about new projects of well-known artists.
Lydia Hutchinson, the publisher and editor, does a fantastic job of highlighting the famous as well as the lesser known. My only complaint is she doesn’t highlight enough! (I want more.)
Her site always includes great video clips, as well. Check out her feature on Slaid Cleaves, a very gifted songwriter I first stumbled upon when someone suggested I cover his “Horseshoe Lounge.”
